In an interview with Rob Schmitt on Newsmax, Lara Trump vowed to spend “every single penny” of RNC funds to get Trump re-elected. The wife of Trump’s second son told Newsmax, “If I am elected to this position, I can assure you there will not be any more $70,000, or whatever exorbitant amount of money it was, spent on flowers. Every single penny will go to the number one and only job of the RNC – that is electing Donald J. Trump as the president of the United States.”

Newsweek recalled that the $70,000 for flowers comment refers to a report by Jennifer Van Laar from RedState. Van Laar wrote that the RNC spent $70,000 on flowers, while Democrats wasted only $795 in the same category.

Cohen, former Trump’s lawyer and fixer, spoke to Ben Meiselas of MeidasTouch and alleged that no one liked Lara Trump. Cohen even claimed that Trump did not want his son to marry Lara, adding, “He had found somebody else that was working at the Trump Organization that he wanted Eric to marry.”

Cohen added that “Donald didn’t even like her for many, many years,” but it was not only him. Cohen alleged that Don Jr. and Ivanka Trump also “didn’t like her at all” and even made fun of her looks. Still, the two got married in November 2014 at Mar-a-Lago.

The former attorney, who is a witness in Trump’s upcoming Manhattan case regarding alleged falsifying business records, was not done. He quipped, “Well, what do you do when someone’s kissing your a..? Make them the co-chair of the RNC.” Cohen predicted, “She’s only being installed there to do what Donald wants with all of the money that’s going to be raised.”

Emerald Robinson, the host of The Absolute Truth, a show on platform Frank, said: “Whatley is a Koch Bros swamp creature. He’s anti-MAGA. Bad choice for RNC chair.” An X user replied: “Emerald is right. I am from NC, and Whatley is poison.”
