“If this persecution of political opponents continues, no one will want to do business in the United States of America any longer,” Trump emphasized at a rally in Waterford Township, Michigan, on Saturday.

“We will truly become a third world country . . . We are already, in many ways, if you look at our border. We are worse than a third world country.”

Trump, eager to rally support in this crucial battleground, encouraged his followers to participate in these nominating events.

However, he mixed up the dates while addressing the crowd, saying, “Remember the primary is Tuesday February 27th. We need to get out and vote to set the stage for November. Go vote. November 27th.”

Trump also reiterated his opposition to early voting and criticized mail-in voting, a method popular among Democrats. Trump’s firm stance against mail-in voting has raised concerns among some Republicans, who fear it might deter party members from voting.

‘Mail-in voting is totally corrupt. Get that through your head,’ Trump declared.

Carroll was seen smiling as the verdict was announced, while Trump had already departed in his motorcade. He blasted the verdict as “Absolutely ridiculous!” and pledged to appeal, criticizing the legal system as “out of control” and a tool for political vendettas.
