Law Professor Claims Biden Could Be Predisposed to Commit Crimes, Calls it “A Family Trait”

Jonathan Turley, law professor, attorney, and columnist, recently shared an op-ed in The Hill, suggesting that President Biden could be prone to crime based on genetics.

Turley shared a discovery made by a historian that “Joe Biden’s great-great-grandfather, Moses J. Robinette,” was found guilty of the murder attempt. He, too, worked for the government by taking care of horses of the Union army during the Civil War.

Turley compared Robinette’s story of attempted murder with a knife to an anecdote shared by the President that takes place in 1962. CornPop, according to Biden, was a “bad dude” and was a gang leader. Young Biden met with CornPop and two other gang members armed with a 6-foot chain. After the standoff, the gang backed off. Surprisingly, there is evidence to support this story.

The law professor writes that the Biden family became a “wonder” in D.C. over their ability to avoid “legal accountability.” Turley suggested that the President and his family have ways with their “political allies and media to kill investigations or cut sweetheart deals.”

“Family trait”

Turley said it could be a “family trait” and went in-depth into Robinette’s defense and his allies who wrote to then-president Abraham Lincoln. Writing for the Hill, the professor stated, “Biden’s associates argued that, although Robinette had been the only person armed, the victim was a teamster ‘much his superior in strength and Size, all under the impulse of the excitement of the moment.'”

“Quintessentially Bidenesque”

Turley called the defense’s argument “quintessentially Bidenesque” because the allies “told Lincoln that he was a political ally who was ‘ardent, and Influential … in opposing Traitors and their schemes to destroy the Government.'” It worked, and though he was found guilty, Robinette was pardoned by the then-president.

Back to the present

Turley then returned to the present day and discussed the case of ex-FBI informant Alexander Smirnov, who was charged with lying to the FBI. He was also supposed to be star witness in House GOP’s hunt for Biden’s impeachment. Turley writes, “Political allies are rallying to his side to stop any corruption investigation while calling his detractors ‘traitors’ and ‘Putin lovers.'”

Does it matter?

The law professor argues that charges against Smirnov should not undermine the Congress’ investigation into “allegedly corrupt payments.” But Turley’s intention was not to talk about the President alone, but his brother and son as well.

“Before Joe, James and Hunter”

After all, The Hill’s op-ed is titled, “Before Joe, James, and Hunter, there was Great-Great-Grandpa Moses.” That’s why he included allegations against Hunter Biden, including that the First Son told a Chinese businessman to tell his boss that “the Bidens are the best at doing exactly what the chairman wants.”

In conclusion

Turley concluded, “After generations, the Bidens are still showing the same nimble qualities of great-great-granddad Moses.” He even suggested that the Biden family crest should be “Manus manum lavat” or “one hand washes the other.”

Jill Biden’s ex-husband had a lot to say about the Bidens

Bill Stevenson, Jill Biden’s first husband, spoke on Newsmax in 2023, where he alleged that the President’s brother, Frankie Biden, tried to intimidate him during his divorce from his ex-wife. Stevenson stated, “I looked at Frankie, and I said, ‘Are you threatening me?’ and needless to say, about two months later, my brother and I were indicted for that tax charge of $8,200.”

Stevenson continued, “It’s like I said, nothing about the divorce, no bitterness, but Jimmy, Frankie, and President Biden are very dangerous, and it’s tragic. I can’t let them do what they did to me to President Trump. I can’t do it..”

What’s next for the President?

Hunter Biden will face the House Committee, including Republican Jim Jordan, who wrote a lengthy post on X about the “Biden crime family and “Hunter Biden’s role with Burisma.” The representative from Ohio argued that Hunter Biden was “not qualified to be on the Board.” But, it raises questions about other politicians whose children were positioned in high places, some even in the White House.

The impeachment probe continues

Despite having a razor-thin majority in the House, the GOP is not giving up. James Comer even suggested that if the House fails, Biden could face “accountability” once Trump is back in the White House.
