“I think Donald Trump is more rattled than people think about the 91 felonies he is facing,” Sharpton said on MSNBC. The former president also faces “four cases” and a “civil suit.”

“I think that he is showing publicly now that he is becoming even more unhinged,” Sharpton continued during his late December appearance, adding, “even though many of us didn’t think it was possible.”

“It’s hard to have a truly great Christmas when you have a Crooked and Incompetent President who wants to put his Political Opponent in jail,” Trump complained, “and who has been working hard (for a change!), illegally using all of the levers of Law Enforcement, to do so.”
False Claims
The idea that Biden is somehow influencing or directing the federal prosecution of Trump is without evidence. Furthermore, holding someone accountable for crimes they may have committed is not election interference.
Every Accusation a Confession?
Trump signaled he would weaponize the Department of Justice to “root out … the radical-left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country.” The former president has made many comments like this recently, sparking widespread fears he plans on abusing his power should he regain the White House.
Truly Scared
According to Sharpton, Trump’s tirades are evidence that he is afraid behind all the bravado. “Because how do you randomly just do all of that unless there is some deep-seated middle-of-the-night anxiety that he is trying to act like a tough guy, but he really has concerns?” Sharpton asked.
Personal Connection
As Sharpton’s co-host, Alex Witt, pointed out, the Reverend has known Trump for years. He, therefore, has a fairly unique insight into the former president’s personality and mental state.
