Mike Lindell, CEO of MyPillow, asserted on Friday that he thinks Donald Trump’s rivals for the 2024 election feel ‘very scared.’
Wireless Monitoring Proposal
A staunch supporter of Trump, Lindell has been vocal about his support for the former president’s unverified claims of major voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Lindell’s latest plans involve enhancing election security by deploying wireless monitoring devices to detect internet connections in voting machines.
2024 Election Talk
During a recent interview on his FrankSpeech talk show, Mike Lindell spoke with Christina Bobb, a lawyer for Donald Trump and ex-anchor for One America News Network, about the 2024 election.
Scared of the Outcome?
Lindell suggested that Trump’s opponents in the upcoming election are ‘very scared.’ In agreement, Bobb, who is part of Trump’s Save America political action committee, confirmed, ‘I think they really are.’
2020 Election Controversy
Bobb added, “You and I have been working on the election integrity and security aspect since 2020. They are scared because they don’t have that firm grasp on the election like they did in 2020, where they knew they had it rigged.”
Stolen Election?
Bobb, who supports Trump’s claims of a stolen 2020 election, added that the former president’s opponents are alarmed because they can’t dominate the election process.
Trump’s Criminal Charges
She cited the criminal charges against Trump as an attempt to prevent his political comeback, remarking, “If they knew they had 100 percent had this election rigged, and there was nothing that we could do to get Donald Trump in office, they wouldn’t be pulling out all these crazy stops and indicting him four times. They’re doing that because they know they don’t have a single hold on the election.”
$40M Election Investment
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has previously claimed that he’s invested $40 million in attempts to contest the 2020 election results. A vocal advocate for Trump, Lindell has consistently promoted baseless claims of widespread voter fraud that he alleges cost Trump the election.
Conspiracy Ban
After being banned from Twitter for spreading conspiracy theories, Lindell launched his own platform, Frank Speech. In a conversation with Right Side Broadcasting Network, Lindell expressed his need for ‘help’ and announced plans to allow public investment in his platform.
‘Save this country’
Mike Lindell elaborated on his financial commitment to ‘save this country,’ revealing he has spent over $40 million and is now seeking support. “I’ve spent over $40 million… and I need help. You know, we need help, but we need help making the voice bigger, and we need help,” he said.
DOJ’s Investigates Trump
Concerning the 2020 election at the federal level, special counsel Jack Smith has spearheaded the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) investigation, alleging that Donald Trump tried to overturn the election results, leading to the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot.
Four Indictments
Trump faces four charges from the DOJ related to the riot, including conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.
Political Motives?
The former president has consistently maintained his innocence regarding all charges against him and has stated that the accusations are politically motivated.
Decisive Iowa Caucus Victory
Donald Trump achieved a remarkable victory in the Iowa caucuses, marking the largest margin for a non-incumbent in the modern era. Trump decisively defeated his Republican competitors: former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy.
Trump Leads GOP Race
In the Iowa caucus, Trump remained the top choice in the Republican primary, winning nearly all counties except Johnson County. According to a poll conducted by The New York Times and Siena College in November, Trump is leading President Joe Biden in five key swing states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
A Different Tone
Following his win, Trump unusually refrained from criticizing his primary opponents and emphasized unity. He praised Haley for her performance as governor, albeit doubting her presidential fit, and described his opponents as ‘very smart, very capable.’
Polls Show Close Race
Meanwhile, various polls present a tight race between Biden and Trump if they face each other again in November, with some polls tilting in Biden’s favor and others in Trump’s.
